The move by Crescent means a $55 million credit facility funded by a bank consortium that is led by JP Morgan Chase Bank. Chris Dierks, Crescent’s CFO, said in a statement “We are pleased with the refinancing and the positive responses we received from all participating banks. For a company that is just over four years old, refinancing our debt with blue chip banks not only confirms what we have accomplished thus far, but reaffirms the direction the Company is going.”
